switch_from, switch_to : (same IDs as in the device table)
link_termin : automatically computed
link_aggreg :0 if the link doesn't belong to an aggregated link (default value 0)
bidirectional_link :1 if the link is bidirectional, 0 otherwise (it's the default value)
link_status: -1 link dead / 0 link exists but not used in the current running / 1 link exists and used in the cuurent running
