Place a Close Button in the FSM main panel. When clicked the Close Button will release the FSM tree.

Usage: JCOP framework internal, public

PVSS manager usage: VISION

Parameters:

node - : The node name (CU) for this panel (available in $node).
obj - : The Top object name (LU/DU/Obj) for this panel (available in $obj).
x - : The X coordinate for the Close Button.
y - : The Y coordinate for the Close Button.
