    - Fixes the HLT panel to add/remove many nodes in one go
    - The HLT_Domain behaviour to accept the Calibration farm
    - And the DATAFLOW_Domain to reset the allocator at each Configure
    - The previous version was releasing all SubFarms when each partition DEALLOCATED
      the HLT, fixed.
    - The HLT_Domain.pnl didn't work correctly accross distributed systems (didn't show
      the allocated slice), fixed.

Bug Fixes/Improvements:
    - This component has been separated from lbFsmDomains!
    - Like the AbortCommand when the FSM is hanging, can now also "RestartFSM" when
      a particular CU is DEAD
    - Now reports correctly when a child could not be taken/excluded etc.
    - Two new commands to change mode:
	- Exclude&LockOut
        - UnLockOut&Include
    - Created a "shortcut" for Closing FSM panels (sometimes the close button is hidden):
	- ctrl Q
    - Include/Exclude and Enable/Disable are now disallowed in some states, for example RUNNING
    - When a partition is excluded or included the top level is "RESET" and the TFC Deallocated
    - When a L1 board is Disabled or a part of a DAQ Tree excluded the RunInfo, TFC and HLT and
      the XXX_DAQ of the involved partition are "RESET".
    - The ECS Configurator includes a new option: to add the trigger components
    - Now also the Trigger Components are shown in the bottom like Sub-Detector parts.
