Get the list of children of this Control Unit or Logical Unit. Returns the list of children and their node types for a given node in the FSM hierarchy.

Usage: JCOP framework internal, public

PVSS manager usage: VISION, CTRL

Returns:

The list of children

Parameters:

children_types - : Returns the type of each child: 1 = CU, 2 = DU, 0 = LU/Obj
node - : The node name. Can be <CU_name> or <LU_name> or <CU_name>::<LU_name> (in case of ambiguity)
