Get the FSM internal datapoint name of a Control Unit, Logical Unit, Device Unit or Internal Object.

Usage: JCOP framework internal, public

PVSS manager usage: VISION, CTRL

Parameters:

node - : The CU/LU node name optionally followed by "::" + the name of the Object/Device
dp - : returns the internal CU/LU/object/device data point name
item - : (optional) an FSM property. Can be: "STATE","COMMAND" or "EXECUTING"
