Open the operation panel for a Control Unit, Logical Unit, Device Unit or Internal Object.

Usage: JCOP framework internal, public

PVSS manager usage: VISION

Parameters:

node - : The CU/LU node name optionally followed by "::" + the name of the Object/Device
x - : (Optional) The x coordinate when to display the panel
y - : (Optional) The y coordinate when to display the panel
