Disconnect from the alarm state of the top node (CU, LU or DU) in the FSM main panel.

Usage: JCOP framework internal, public

PVSS manager usage: VISION, CTRL

Parameters:

node - : The node name (CU) for this panel (available in $node).
obj - : The object name (CU/LU/DU) (normally $obj).
