Reports a User Message in the "Messages" box of the current panel. Can be used by a User Specific Panel to report messages and also to report messages to a specific CU panel even from a control script.

Usage: JCOP framework internal, public

PVSS manager usage: VISION

Parameters:

msg - : The message to be reported
node - : (optional) The node name (CU) where the message should be reported.
