If an 'Alert Row' has been included in the FSM main panel, set its filter to represent the FSM Tree. This routine should be used inside the callback passed to fwFsmUi_connectAlarmState.

PVSS manager usage: VISION, CTRL

Parameters:

node - : The node name (CU) for this panel (available in $node).
obj - : The object name (CU/LU/DU) (normally $obj).
