CERN pages are hosted using webdav. You can edit them authenticating yourself using your NICE login and password. Here are quick instructions how to do that from various platforms:

Windows

Windows is natively webdav aware, at least from version 2000 on. You can either directly open web-folders and edit the files or use one of the many programs. Frontpage is one of the less annoying ones, and since version 2002 generates reasonable HTML.

Mac OS-X

OS-X also supports web-dav. From the the finder goto the menu. Go, then click Connect to Server. Enter the URL you want to edit, but add a :81 at the end. The folder will be mounted and you can edit the files.

Linux

Several ways to access webdav under linux.
